How do we place an order? & What service do you use for payment?

 

You place an order on my website under “Gourmet Meal Prep” or “Build Your Own Meal”.

  • Every week, I curate a menu for 5 gourmet meals for my customers to choose from.

  • “Build Your Own Meal” service can be customized for customers based on their dietary regime and restrictions.

  • When placing orders for meal prep, you can choose 5, 10, 15 and 20 meal options.

  • You must choose a minimum of 2 of the same meals when picking your Gourmet Meal Prep or Building Your Own Meal.

  • Orders must be placed by Thursday at 5:00 P.M. EST for the following week.

  • We use Square Inc. for payment processing.

 

How often do you change menus?

 

I create new menus every week!

What are the delivery dates and times?

 

You MUST schedule an appointment with Chef Chastity for Delivery or Pick up on Sundays. Once you place you order, you can e-mail Chef Chastity at info@chefchastity.com with your requested delivery or pick up time. See below the delivery and pick up time slots for Sunday.

  • Delivery: 1:30 P.M. -5:00 P.M.

  • Pick up: 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M. at Crabtree Valley Mall, unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has processed, Chastity will confirm the delivery or pick up location and your appointment time.

 

What is your cancellation procedures?

 

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund, except if your order was placed on Friday.
